You may place an order by using our secure order form or by phone by calling 1-800-392-6512. If you have questions, it is better to place the order by phone.
We will ship your order on the same day if it is received by 4:00 pm Eastern Time (excluding weekends and UPS holidays). After placing an order over the internet you will get an immediate confirmation email. At around 5:00 PM you will get an email from UPS with your shipment tracking number. If you place an order by phone you will only get the email from UPS.
If for any reason we have to ship a replacement for a damaged or defective item, we will ship the item on the same day that we receive a request for a replacement if it is received by 4:00 pm Eastern Time. Otherwise, it will ship the following day.
To see rates for expedited shipping, click PLACE ORDER on the left side of the page, and then click Calculate Shipping at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will only be required to enter your zip code.
NOTE: Check the map below before choosing expedited shipping. For example, if the map shows that you would get your order in 1 day with our free shipping, but you choose 3-Day Select, you'll be paying extra to have your order take 2 more days to arrive. The expedited options are not more reliable than ground shipping.
Our return policy allows you to actually inspect and use the materials for a full 30 days before you decide whether to keep the program and increase your chances of passing the Patent Bar Exam, or to send it back. If you are dissatisfied with the materials you may return the program for a full refund including the cost of return shipping. Please email us at director@patbar.com to request a return, and include the address where you would like the UPS Return Service label mailed. You must email us within 30 days of receiving the program. We will then send you the return shipping label to apply to the package, and you can give it to a UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS retail location.
